Our develop programmes are based on knowledge and respect
A development programme in MINDWEISS A/S is rooted in the basic idea at the heart of Building Leadership®, a management philosophy developed on the basis of a very comprehensive analysis that identified, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the competencies of more than 1,000 managers in 150+ different companies.
In the analysis, we identified and highlighted the managerial, professional and social competencies and found out what makes the best managers better, and how this has benefited their companies.
Building Leadership® is also based on many years of experience: particularly, the collection of empirical data in literature and from a wide range of national and international companies.
Based on Building Leadership®, we start with a manager’s natural personality, in which we foster his or her less-developed traits, thereby creating a more ‘whole’ leader. This brings out the best strengths not only of the manager, but also of the staff.
We have great respect for any company we enter, and we always base the process on reality, so that our efforts are aligned with the current needs, wishes and challenges of the organisation. That is how we are ‘changing the present’. To make sure we are all in agreement vis-à-vis direction, we set specific goals for the process in consultation with management, and constantly follow up as we go.
We advise the management team and work on bespoke processes for each manager. We also implement targeted development programmes for each member of staff, and for the team and organisation as a whole, to get everyone working towards the same goals, based on common values, attitudes and norms.
Working like this, we ensure that everyone is prepared to go the extra mile with a view to creating the desired change.
