With her Norwegian roots, she has an in-depth understanding of both the Danish and Norwegian labor markets.
Karna holds a Cand.soc. degree in Human Resource Management from CBS, where her thesis focused on diversity and inclusion, with a particular emphasis on how gender-stereotyped personality traits can influence the selection process.
She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and actively works to ensure these values are reflected in the recruitment processes she engages in.
