Caroline Sonne, Head of Research, has experience in the recruitment industry, where she, among other things, has had significant success in recruiting specialised IT profiles. Caroline works with the entire recruitment process, which means that she assists the customers with searching, assessing company & position, and screening candidates. Caroline’s thorough approach secures that she works with great accuracy to benefit both customers and candidates.
Holding a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Psychology, Caroline is trained in analysing, developing, and implementing chance processes from an organisational theory perspective. Therefore, Caroline is a vital resource when working with the customers’ staff,- management,- and organisational development, where she actively contributes to the processes.
