Klara Helene Rubæk Klinggaard

Klara Klinggard, Research Consultant, comes with a bachelor’s degree in business economics and psychology from CBS and an ongoing master’s degree as Cand.Merc.(Psych). Through her education, Klara has gained in-depth knowledge of the organizational, economic and psychological fields.
Her interest in personal characteristics and ability to create and maintain relationships also helps to strengthen her abilities to identify candidates and create the right match between candidate and company.
Klara has previously worked as a Project Manager at De Freiesleben in the facilitation of courses within management development, i.a., at Novo Nordisk, just as she has worked as an assistant restaurant manager. These experiences, in combination with Klara’s studies, have strengthened her interest in the managerial field.
