On behalf of our client, Spottune ApS, we are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and bring the sound of Spottune to international audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, creative, and strong brand that has quickly established itself as a leading player in the industry.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have end-to-end responsibility for sales performance and market development within your designated market. Your responsibilities will include strategic sales planning, execution of sales strategies, and continuous development of distributors and retailers. You will work in close commercial partnership with the CEO with the aim of strengthening the overall sales effort.
Overall, your areas of responsibility and key tasks include:
- Planning, executing, and evaluating sales activities in collaboration with distributors, retailers, and other business partners within your market
- Maintaining close relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, and other external stakeholders across the market
- Overall budget management for your market in collaboration with the CEO
- Preparing and executing product launches and market campaigns, including collecting feedback and ensuring evaluation
- Identifying and realizing business potential with distributors and retailers through ongoing collaboration and development
- Terminating partnerships with retailers or partners if agreements do not perform satisfactorily
In addition, you will contribute to ensuring that Spottune is visible and professionally represented in your market by supporting brand awareness and brand perception. You will also stay up to date on market developments, competitors, and opportunities, and actively apply these insights in your sales work.
Ambitious and International Sales Profile
We expect you to have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with a focus on partner sales. Experience within the hardware industry is considered a strong advantage. In addition, you have solid experience with international sales and are familiar with travel activity and the requirements of working globally. Your educational background is less important, as long as you have experience building and developing markets. Finally, you are fluent in English and either German or French (preferred), alternatively Italian or Spanish.
Adventurous Candidate with a Talent for Building Relationships
On a personal level, we are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a desire for international activity. You thrive on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and partnerships and can navigate across different business contexts.
You must be adaptable and flexible, as travel activity and planning cannot always be scheduled far in advance. You should also be ready to join an entrepreneurial company where responsibility is shared, contributions are broad, and sleeves are rolled up when needed. The role requires you to maintain an overview in a dynamic daily environment while continuously driving sales forward.
A significant number of travel days should be expected, typically around every other week, and conventions, customer dinners, and events may result in long working days. The role spans from dialogue and negotiations with international retail chains to a hands-on approach close to customers.
