International Project Coordinator

On behalf of our client, JGH Group, we are looking for a systematic and independent International Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the complete commercial process for Long-Term Agreement contracts with The United Nations.

In the position, the candidate will continuously assess potential LTA tenders from the United Nations, conduct the sourcing and manage the bidding strategy. The new candidate is also intended to communicate JGH Groups’ current long-term agreements to various UN entities, ensuring steady flow-business.

Hence, your specific work tasks as International Project Coordinator will be to take the commercial process from A-Z covering the following work tasks:



  • Evaluating potential clients/funding
  • Understanding the commercial terms and contractual obligation in the tender
  • Assessing competition and demand for products worldwide.
  • Managing and presenting large amounts of documentation in a logical manner
  • Opening of the project in IT, Teams, and Business Central
  • Quote collection in shipping, logistics, and suppliers



  • Index preparation of administrative, technical, financial, and offer calculations
  • Ensure that every document follows the structure and framework of best practice


Post bid:

  • Client clarifications, negotiations, and contracting
  • Supplier profit enhancement, contracting
  • Execution and handovers to the logistics department


In the position, you are expected to deliver and ensure the investigational sales process, quality, and performance of self-driven bids to contribute to a high level of organizational development and motivation for the team. Furthermore, you are expected to continuously develop relations with current stakeholders and contribute to expanding the contract portfolio. In addition, you must have a clear overview of the contract and the follow-up process to ensure quality, where you occasionally will have to pursue singular project tenders in addition to the Long-Term Agreements.


Experienced candidate who thrives in a fast-paced and changeable environment

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the academic field. Furthermore, you might have experience working with international companies, preferably from a tender or sourcing/procurement role. It is a requirement that you speak and writes English fluently. Danish is considered an advantage but not a requirement.

You take the initiative and manage to keep the work tempo under time pressure while keeping deadlines and time estimates for the delivery. In addition, you are willing to share know-how with the team and the local stakeholders. In this role you will be exposed to a wide range of cultural differences on a daily level, having stakeholders on multiple continents on various projects. Hence, they highly value international experience and interpersonal skills.


You have an agile way of thinking and be able to find solutions that are the most beneficial. Furthermore, you are well-organized, with strong attention to detail as required to plan and manage projects successfully. Finally, since you will become part of a dynamic and innovative team, you must be curious, humble, and a good team player.
