Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth through strategic wholesale partnerships and retail experiences. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, with a strong focus on international expansion and high-end brand positioning.


 


Your Impact and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a global wholesale and retail strategy to drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Identify and seize market opportunities to expand the brand’s international presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Oversee retail expansion, including shop-in-shops and concessions, while enhancing customer engagement.
  • Lead market week presentations and seasonal collection launches in key locations such as New York, Tokyo, and Paris.
  • Manage pricing strategies, stock allocation, and seasonal buy-ins to optimize sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to refine strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and retail team, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
