Line Krogh, associate partner, has worked at the intersection of strategy, sales and management for more than 20 years – most recently as CEO and previously in several C-level functions. She has built and led commercial organizations and worked closely with both owners, boards of directors and senior management with a focus on growth, transformation and execution.
With a strong commercial and human understanding as well as a data-based approach, Line works to connect strategy, culture and management, so that it creates real impact in the organization. She has a keen insight into the mechanisms that drive performance, behavior and motivation – and how these are translated into concrete results.
As a leader, Line has extensive experience in translating strategy into management and creating momentum in organizations where responsibility, well-being and high ambitions go hand in hand. She is known for her clarity and ability to create direction and support – also in complex change processes and in environments with high pace and high demands on performance.
