Helle Lehman, Associate Partner, has more than 20 years of experience in management, recruitment processes, organizational development, design of training courses and human transformation. She contributes with a unique combination of strategic insight, human understanding and an extensive network across industries. From public institutions to private companies including finance, construction/industry, the automotive and security industry, healthcare, retail, and Horesta.
At MINDWEISS, Helle is involved in the entire recruitment process and also focuses on Outplacement and strategic HR. Helle is passionate and proactive in terms of continuous progress of ongoing processes.
She has an active voice in the conversation about how the strengths of neurodivergent people can be brought into play in the organization and also has in-depth knowledge of the new generation on the labor market – Gen Z – and the values, expectations and needs that characterize their approach to work life and management.
A particular focus area for Helle is stress-related issues in working life. She has extensive experience in identifying and handling the mechanisms that lead to dissatisfaction and burnout – and in creating frameworks and insights where managers and employees can regain balance and job satisfaction.
