Dan Kjølhede Laursen, Associate Partner, has worked as a manager and director in Danish and international organizations for more than 25 years. He is known as a visible and present leader who creates commitment, energy and direction – both in high-performing teams and in organizations undergoing change. With a strong ability to motivate people and develop cultures that are built on collaboration, trust and well-being, Dan has made his mark on both employees, customers and businesses over the years.
At MINDWEISS, Dan contributes in particular with his experience in supporting leaders and organizations in complex change processes. He is passionate about creating frameworks where people can succeed and where the business simultaneously achieves its goals. He is concerned with linking strategy and management to a culture that ensures both results and job satisfaction, and he meets customers and partners at eye level – with a focus on relationships, presence and clear communication.
Dan is the CEO and founder of DK Konsulting ApS, where he advises companies on business development, sales and management strategy. With his combination of analytical understanding, practical experience and passion for making people and companies grow, he is a valuable sparring partner for both leaders, boards and developing organizations.
